A New Approach to Family Support
“My life's passion culminates in this moment with the forming of Peaceful Beginnings Foundation. It melds everything I care about in a profound way.”
Why This Matters
We have shifted away from trusting our parental instincts. Families are distanced from once tight-knit communities and support systems. Mothers are often isolated and left to fend for themselves – expected to care for new babies, heal from birth, care for other children, often with limited support.
All of this while receiving pervasive harmful messages from providers, friends, family, social media, and many so-called experts.
It is overwhelming and confusing. It is often blaming and degrading.
It breaks my heart.
Our Solution
My goal is for parents and families to be supported in dialing into (not out of) their natural parental instincts. To care for babies as was biologically intended.
I never want cost to stand in the way of solid, evidence-based information, care, and support. I am removing the obstacle of purchasing courses. No family, close or far and wide, will lack access to this information and support.
We're opening the channels once again to trusting our instincts, bonding with our babies, and forming secure attachments.
Our Vision
To fill hearts instead of going against them.
From coast to coast and continent to continent, our languages and customs may be different, but we all speak the same language when it comes to our babies: the language of attachment.
Making This Possible
This work is made possible by the generous support of families who believe every parent deserves access to expert guidance. Together, we're building a tribe of support – one family at a time.

How You Can Help

For too long, families have been left to navigate the most challenging aspects of early parenting alone – overwhelmed by conflicting advice, isolated from supportive communities, and often unable to afford the expert guidance they desperately need.
Dr. Danielle has witnessed this crisis firsthand through 25+ years of clinical practice. She's seen mothers blame themselves for breastfeeding struggles that have simple solutions. She's worked with families whose sleep deprivation was destroying their well-being, when evidence-based approaches could have helped from day one. She's watched parents lose confidence in their natural instincts because they lacked proper support.
This breaks our hearts – and it doesn't have to be this way.
Peaceful Beginnings Foundation exists to restore what families have lost: access to expert guidance, trust in parental instincts, and supportive community. We're building something that should have always existed – a place where every family can access the support they need to thrive.
This work is sustained by generous hearts who believe every family deserves expert support. There are many ways to be part of this mission.

What Families Are Saying
Sabrina M.
I want to really thank you. I’ve really tapped into my motherly intuition the past month especially and caring for Z based on what feels right and with the mindset that the more affection and comfort I can give him the better. Instead of trying to stick to these silly rules people have these days about feeding and napping which I feel results in not tending to a baby’s needs. A few things you’ve said has given me permission to do what feels right for him and really spoil him with love and I see how content (unless overly tired or gassy) he is and how he leans into me and L for comfort.

I was 2 months in and moments away from quitting breastfeeding. I had a terribly painful case of mastitis that brought me to tears every time my daughter nursed (caused by what I later learned was an improper latch). As a first time mom encountering such a significant struggle, I found myself ready to give up on nursing. It was right then that I was introduced to Danielle, who within a matter of minutes changed my life forever. She adjusted my positioning, which led to a proper latch and took my daughter from being labeled as failure to thrive to gaining weight and happily nursing for 15 months. I attribute the health of my two daughters today to Danielle’s wealth of knowledge, support, and encouragement when I needed it most and had no idea where to turn.

Working with Danielle has been wonderful! As a new mom, I was spending hours doing research trying to find how to best help my baby sleep because I didn’t want to sleep train. I was incredibly thankful to find someone who collaborated with me to meet my daughter’s unique sleep needs instead of pushing me to do something I didn’t want to do. Danielle’s support and expertise has been invaluable to help me address changes in both sleep and breastfeeding.

It was my greatest desire to breastfeed my daughter, but from day one it was very challenging. My daughter was not great at nursing and weight gain was a tremendous struggle that continued for months. Danielle worked with us faithfully over those weeks and months. Her expertise, kindness, and understanding were a tremendous blessing to our family. My daughter is now nine months old. We are still nursing, and there is no doubt that we would not have made it this far without Danielle's help.
